Contacting eBay

Is there anyone in customer service @ eBay. I mean they say chat with us and you try and try and try an no bugger gets back to you. Does anyone knnw how to contact them. Has anyone been sucessful in contacting eBay. Does eBay even really care about their customers?????

Hi there,

I've spoken to live chat a few times over the years, never really had to wait very long, but I think its probably down to time of day and luck of the draw and whether there is some sort of glitch going on.

In most instances you dont need to contact customer services. All the help is already set up from the Help and contact link at the top of the page, and through the resolution centre (link at the bottom of the page).
