Can't buy anything

Hello eBay, so I want to purchase some items but every time I have been trying to add my card details as I don't have a PayPal account not do I want one I can't because it says I have to either change my email or card number and it's getting really frustrating. Because I want to buy then now. I have been putting it off for days now and that I can't it's really annoying. It there anyway you can help me fix this?

You are allowed a limited number of Guest card payments without an 'active' PayPal account. You may have reached that limit ......Unless sellers offer another payment method there is no fix other than an open paypal account which gives you buyer protection.
