nectar points not being added

hi my nectar card number is linked with sainsburys there are over 500 points on sainsburys but do not show up on ebay have tried unlink and relink but still does not showup

If I understand what you are saying, the only nectar points you will see on ebay, are points obtained by buying on ebay, not in Sainsburys.
