Hi, I appear to be having the same technical issues with nectar being temporarily disabled. I have no way of unlinking or relinking a card. Nectar have said it is fine at their end and to contact eBay. I have tried to use the chat but it sent me to the same page which isn't working. 

How can I fix this please?

There are nectar issues on ebay,so until ebay fix it nothing anyone can do,and your not alone there are many reporting the same.Maybe wander over to the ebay "Technical issues board" here Technical Issues - UK eBay Community
