Hi, I bought some art from Australia and before delivery to my address in the uk I had to pay Import tax and clearance fee, on top of the delivery fee already paid at checkout. I queried this with the seller and they said art is not subject to import tax and I should query the invoice with eBay. My question is, is the seller correct and should I be claiming this import tax back if art is exempt?
