post office trying to charge vat again (already paid through ebay)

the post office want to charge me vat and an opening charge for an item

i have already paid the vat to ebay for

they will not give me the item unless I pay

how do i contact ebay about this?

Is it an item you have bought from overseas?

There may be import charges in addition to tax collected by Ebay but you can contact them here:
