Royal Mail recently introduced new prices for their Tracked Returns 48 service effective on 25th May. We want to explain how this affects you.
If you use the eBay labels platform for returns then please expect to see our prices updated as below.
• Royal Mail Tracked Returns 48, <2kg will go up by 10p per item (£3.35 inc VAT).
• Royal Mail Tracked Returns (>2 ≤ 5kg) will stay the same per item (£5.93 inc VAT).
• Royal Mail Tracked Returns (>5kg ≤ 10kg) will stay the same per item (£7.93 inc VAT).
• Royal Mail Tracked Returns (>10kg ≤ 20kg) will go up by 31p per item (£10.06 inc VAT).
