Could someone please tell me why I can't leave neutral feedback on a product that I bought what was 2 days late in arriving to me

delivery dates are ESTIMATES they are not guarantees the item will arrive on that date,
to penalise a seller for the delivery company isn't fair, they do not deserve bad feedback
