Haven't received a refund, seller ignoring messages?

I returned two items over two weeks ago and had no word from the seller as to whether they had received them or not. The seller is an outlet for a popular clothes website.

I then sent two emails asking if they had them and when they were going to give me my refund, but they have ignored both of these messages. From the seller's feedback it seems like they do this a lot to their buyers.

Every help page just says to contact the seller, but there's no point trying again as they obviously just ignore their emails. I also tried contacting the company's website and Facebook page but with no luck.

Is there anything else I can do to go about getting my refund?
