What's the point of feedback if Ebay can overrule it? I bought a Nespresso machine from a seller who knew it was broken, left negative (nothing rude) feedback and Ebay removed it. Nespresso confirmed parts missing and charged me an additional £90 to repair the machine.
I won't leave any feedback in future for anything. It essentially means nothing as Ebay system overrides undemocratically. Buyer's view therefore means nothing.
