Yes i've tried just putting one letter in each of the boxes hwoever itn still says exceded maximum limit is there anyway i could get a direct email for the team that deals with the approval an just send it direct via email?  or if you could send me a new link where i could submitt the form.

Could you please share the link that you are using to apply so I can make sure it is the right one and working well?

 

Also, can you let me know what browser are you using? I would recommend trying Chrome as well as clearing cache & cookies.

Hi, i am currently using chrome however i have also tried using safari still no help. i was provided the following link by ebay customer service

Oh I mean the return was initially opened by the buyer, item arrived (the other sellers return) and the buyer was messaged who said it's been a mixup with post office putting wrong label on wrong box. 

 

So then I reported a problem via the return, added photos and put what happened which then turned the return into a case:

 

This return is now a case

We will investigate the case, and may reach out to you or the buyer for additional information.  

We're here to help.  

 

Ideally I think my post in chat was to clarify I went the right away about it and asking eBay to step in this way was the right thing to do.

I just tested the form and was able to send the application successfully, so the form seems to be working well.

 

Looking at your error screenshot once again, I would also recommend revising the 'Unique selling point' to see if that works.
