Oh I mean the return was initially opened by the buyer, item arrived (the other sellers return) and the buyer was messaged who said it's been a mixup with post office putting wrong label on wrong box. 

 

So then I reported a problem via the return, added photos and put what happened which then turned the return into a case:

 

This return is now a case

We will investigate the case, and may reach out to you or the buyer for additional information.

Ideally I think my post in chat was to clarify I went the right away about it and asking eBay to step in this way was the right thing to do.
