@pauuk.35za36, Marco didn't actually action the feedback himself.
It was sent over to a team for a review, it was something he may have done as an exception.
The official process is to appeal it via the Seller help, which then goes directly to the Feedback appeal team as they are the ones dealing with all feedback appeals.
If you believe the error was made when reviewing appeal, it can be escalated to review by the team once again. It sounds like you spoke to the general support, who then escalated it to a Feedback appeal team. They may have seen your point and agreed on what you are saying, but the Feedback appeal team is the one who made the decision and if the feedback wasn’t still removed it means it wasn’t removable after further reviews.
