Apologies in advance as this may well be a common query, but I can't find anything using the search.
I've sold an item and funds went on hold, as expected, due to my limited sales history. According to the article on "Payment Holds", if the item is posted using Simple Delivery then funds should be released 2 days after successful delivery. The item was delivered yesterday (Wednesday 3rd June) but the date for release of funds is showing as 11th June. Can anyone explain this as I would expect funds to be released tomorrow?
