Good morning
Can someone please advise me on this issue, i posted back a faulty return but by mistake the wrong QR code was scanned, i have traced the parcel to the wrongly sent seller and contacted them, they are saying they didn't receive the mistaken return, but Royal Mail tracking is showing the return as delivered.
What can i do now, the faulty item was £150 so i cannot afford to write this off.

To be honest, I can't see a way forward here.
Whilst you can prove that you sent an item somewhere and that it was delivered it's nothing to do with the original return, and if the recipient is denying getting it then you're a bit stuck. I can't even seeing a way of pursuing this legally.
