Motorbike was listed no payment options other than contact seller which I did. We agreed price and pick up meet ( all confirmed by me in the item listing message section screen shot)  spoke on phone twice beforehand.he wanted deposit sent by BACS which was then confirmed arrived ok. Nothing odd at this point. 

Met, paid cash. Started bike - it struggled to start but was from cold. They Said all running great starts on the button in fact according to the listing. …. 

get home , it’s sons 125 he spent all his money on this. First ride cuts out 1 mile and then doesn’t  start, needs recovering. This was mid May and the bike has not consistently started since. It is basically a non runner .

no reply from seller in message or to our calls. 

I can’t find a way to report seller unless listed in my purchases list - which it isn’t because he ended the listing , no qr code or number to quote was provided. 

Spent £2k - how do we report this person - they have another bike relisted now so still selling . How should this seller have set up safe payment for us to be able to claim back via eBay?
