Hello, I purchased a item that didn't match the description once I received it.The seller agreed to have it back for a full refund but I said I had to open a resolution case to cover myself which they have agreed to.My question is that I have been told by Ebay to send back before 2nd June does that date mean the day I send or the seller receives it ? Also "before" so that means the latest 1st of June or does that include 2nd ? Thanks for any help 👍

These are the timelines when you open a case for item not as described.
After opening this case, the seller has 3 days to either send you a refund or a postage label for its return. If neither happens, on day 4, you escalate the case and eBay step in and force the refund.
If you receive a return tracked postage label, ( be aware some sellers may not want their item back, in which case they Must refund within 3 days), you post the item back, and when tracking shows delivery the seller has 48 hours to refund you. Again, if they don't , you escalate the case eBay forces the refund.

Ebay does not provide clarification of the meaning of the dates so you should send it back as soon as you can after you get the label.
