Sales worse than ever

I've been on eBay a few years now & ridden the highs & lows but what's going on now?  My listings are all promoted usually at around 12% but they still aren't getting viewed.....I have spasmodic orders but these are usually off repeat buyers who are actively looking at my items.....is this happening across the board?  I'm also on Etsy & the same is happening there, I believe their search engines have now been changed to AI so stricter listing titles etc

It might help if you changed from a private to a business account and had an any reason returns policy which showed you respected your buyers' consumer rights.

Buyers would not have to pay the buyer protection fee which is added on to all items sold on private accounts.
