Hi, I'm just asking for a bit of advice on an item i bought. I bought said item on the 31st of March and typing this the date is the 6th, said item is still in 'paid' status and I've messaged the seller on two occasions which have been ignored and also when I do this I get diverted to 'the buyer is using simple delivery' and to search my options from their. The delivery date is between 2nd and 7th,should I be worried
