beware !!  they are masters  of not refunding and elaying to the poiint of withholding payment a nd  taking to days to reply to a message

Never listen to a seller's excuses or promises when you have opened a return case or one for item not received.

 

You open a case,  it gives the seller 3 days to refund you or if relevant,  send you a prepaid return label.

 

If they don't you escalate the case,  eBay step in and force the refund.

 

Don't listen to delaying tactics,  just escalate when the time is up !

done all that ,even Ebay have got know were,what they are doing is piggy
backing the order to amazon,,Ebay have made and broken several promises
to me

Can you explain those broken promises? 

 

Cases are wholly automated no way for a seller to ' dodge the bullet',  if the cases are opened within time, and escalated if required, refunds are guaranteed but a case's T & C's , have to be followed exactly.

I purchased 2 items £14 each,payed £28,received 1 item followed the return
process and received £14 refund from EBay who the closed the case,dispite
numerous promises from EBay and an apology for only refunding £14 I still
haven't received the balance,I followed all the return process
exactly,right now EBay broken another promise to call or contact me before
last Friday

If it was 2 separate items, you have to open 2 cases & return each item separately.

no it was 2 of the same item,this was pointed out to the seller and to EBay
