I am an ebay faithful and I want it to stay that way, but I am having so many issues with them now I'm starting to list with their biggest rival (vinted) first. Please someone help with the following as I can't face their stupid automated assistant.
1. Glitches - a customer said she tried to make an offer but the system wouldn't allow her. Why???? Might explain the lack of sales...how many other people have tried to make me offers and it hasn't worked.
2. Customer left neutral feedback. I asked her to remove it if I accepted a return. I refunded her but the feedback is still there.
3.Lack of visibility and sales. I know it's a difficult time of year and many people are finding it difficult, but I've been doing this for nearly 20 years and I can see how it works. There is some kind of spotlight which every now and then shines on your shop, but for some reason it favours certain shops and they get tons of sales leaving faithful sellers with the scraps. My prices are reasonable and I list regularly, but recently I've switched to listing on vinted first. Ebay have lost out on ££££££ hundreds pounds worth of sales. How can I make them see they are going to lose their sellers if they don't sort this out. I'd like to send this to head office but of course no contact details ANYWHERE. Anyone got any bright ideas?
