Seller said remove item not arrived request then they will send

Hi all ,

I purchased a Dewalt angle grinder on the 15th Feb and the expected delivery was 28th Feb .

Ive let ebay know that it hasn't arrived and the tracking says delayed .

The seller has messaged me and asked me to remove my 'item not arrived request' and then they will send the item or they will send  me a refund if I want .

I still want the item . 

What should i do ?

Its safer for you to continue with the case and get a refund if necessary.  You have 30 days from the date it started to escalate to ebay.   So you can wait a bit longer to see if it comes.  If not then escalate.  If you close the case you will not be able to open another one.

Ok thankyou , ill give it a couple more days and see if the tracking changes . Tf not hen ill go for a refund .
