It's not easy to get through to CS, you just have to have perseverance! Instead of a quick option, 'Contact Us' which put you direct to a CS agent, you have to scroll past ' How Can We Help you today, to the very bottom and click on the Contact Us below Need More Help?

 

That takes you to an annoying AI bot but if you persevere keep asking questions it cannot answer and Insist on an agent, they do finally put you through and say .... waiting time ** minutes!

If you haven't received an item you have purchased and it is less than 30 days from the latest estimated date you were given you need to open an "item not received" request from here.

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.

I never said that you didn't order an alarm clock; I said you didn't order it from me. I am not eBay UK; I am one of many sellers who sell items on eBay UK. Agent.  Buyer is in US and item qualifies under Us customs law as a US good returned.  Need to check how you handle this at global

Hi there i have a problem with 4 items i sold to the same buyer with free postage . Items were sent in same package , which buyer received . Ebay keep sending me pre payment labels for 3 of them , which i ignored , because i was paying postage . 

Now my account has been put under review ! 

I would just like to know why . I feel this can only be resolved by speaking to someone .
