I never said that you didn't order an alarm clock; I said you didn't order it from me. I am not eBay UK; I am one of many sellers who sell items on eBay UK. In the 15 years that I have operated this account I have not sold an alarm clock to anybody; you purchased the alarm clock from another eBay seller.
Your payment went to eBay UK but the seller you purchased an alarm clock from is another eBay user like yourself. You need to go to this page to open an "item not received" request.
You are not speaking to eBay support here; you are speaking to other eBay users like yourself. You don't need to speak to eBay's customer support as you can open an "item not received" case from the link provided above. You have eBay's Money Back Guarantee provided the latest date you should have received the alarm clock was less than 30 days ago.
