So I need to be able to generate custom ranges of transaction statements in PDF format. I used to be able to do this last year - I could specify a range of dates (e.g. 3rd January to 14th May) and eBay would generate proper statements in .PDF format.

Now when I go to that section, it seems I can only download individual month statements, and have to wait 3 (!) days after the end of the month to get the previous month's statement?

I know I can download a .CSV/spreadsheet with transactions but I need properly formatted statements with the eBay logo/heading etc like I used to be able to.

Am I missing something? Has eBay changed how to do this or just removed the feature for some unknown reason?

Tried contacting customer services who were useless and I had to explain it.
