Yes I have the same problem , it is on another thread , Kate @eBay has reported it to tech .. this is when we should be able to post our way .. I now have to wait to post , when it could have been done early this morning

Were you able to print the label? If so, how long did it take, please?

I know you have not responded to me , but I would wait , they are looking in to it , other than that you can get the buyers address by clicking on invoices at the side of your item , post it yourself and cancel the label , but I am always worried they have used a different address at checkout , this needs sorting ASAP .. 

and eBay need to allow us to post our way and do away with SD

I thought payment came from either the buyer (buyer pays) or your pending eBay balance (seller pays). In most cases I wouldn't expect that you are directly paying for postage. In which case, the "processing your payment" error is very misleading.

Check your transactions under payments , I did and the postage label has been charged to me out of my ebay balance .. a few are getting this message … your payment for postage label is still being processed , my sale was at 2 am this morning … just checked now and it’s still got the same message … Kate @eBay has raised a ticket for this glitch , yesterday i could not up,old pictures , tried more than one device .. same out come , I gave up in the end … there are so many glitches on EB …

An official message on the eBay website would help. What should I tell the buyer? This isn’t a global problem, sometimes the label generates, sometimes it doesn’t. If I say there’s an issue, the buyer may say they bought from another seller and had no problem.

I'm having the same issue today, reported to eBay chat and logged by the agent, but how is the issue still occurring afresh so long after being raised. Surely advice on a workaround should be available??? Customer is waiting for his parcel !

I'm currently suffering from this issue as well, frustratingly.

We've just been told the tech issue has been resolved and advised to clear cache and cookies and to try again now.

Just wanted to confirm what @tressygirl  said above, this issue is now fully resolved and it should work for you no problem. If you still see the same, please try clearing the caches and cookies of your browser and try again.
