Problem is, the Human Rights thing is rather stupid bill, as to uphold someone's human rights, chances are, you have to forego someone else's


 


I think that before dismissing the Human Rights Act as a "stupid bill" it is important to look at a wide selection of cases where rights under the Act have been invoked rather than just looking at those very few cases where it has been used by individuals whose "claims" under the Act you may disagree with.
