Why aren't cemeteries running out of room?  Why would you expect them to?  With over half a million people dying each year in normal times the increase due to Covid is approx 15% of that number.

 

Not all Nightingale hospitals are unused and in any case they were assembled as an insurance policy.

 

The average age of death in the UK is just over 81 - Why would the average age of those dying from Covid be any different when it is more deadly for the elderly?  I am surprised it is not higher.
