New multi-user account access permissions and protection:
There are some important changes to the access rights you can give to your account users. You can now select who can open cases, access and reply to after-sales messages, and handle returns. You have new permissions for Multi-User Account Access (MUAA) accounts. User-designated, trusted devices are now available for two-step verification-enabled accounts.
