Posted this yesterday, but now cannot find it.

Disgruntled buyer, using a fake account to bid on my items then not pay. How do I report this to Ebay?

I recall previously there was a link for issues like this.

You can block the account(s) they are using here; just separate each user ID with a comma.

You can report a buyer here; the best option would be "Buyer messaged me or retracted their bid with no intention of buying my item". I believe you can only report a bidder if they are the winning buyer.

Also, you might want to check the settings in your buyer requirements.
