You would have to have a business account and set it up as a seller so that you can enter your VAT number, and then use it for making business purchases.

However spoke to a ghastly customer service manger who disagreed stridently in no uncertain terms.
I cannot after 16 years using this site and often buying expensive articles believe how dreadful it has become.
The overseas VAT charging import is not right to VAT registered companies or persons as no invoice is given or VAT number of whoever charged it , ie ebay. We pay often (outside ebay or befire) 5% import if over 100 years old as customs allow. They deny this option.
I would also add.
Global has dreadful couriers and an inflated price with dishonest currency rates.
And so on. One buys less but this is not the sort of company to bother as the terrible reviews online show.
So much for any customer care this week, horrible experience.
