Return back damage

I sent a very good prada bag.                         To a buyer.     She returned it saying  not as picture shows.    When it was  returned back    damaged  Sent it back in a poor state.   With no care or thought. For other people's goods.      I completed to eBay. But said good ahead with a refund.         eBay never helped.

Ebay don't get involved, as they  cant verify items that are sent out or returned,so look at each case on a one to one basis if a case is escalated by a buyer,or a seller appeals a decision,if it goes in a buyers favour.

If a buyer opens a case of not as described in the listing, then a seller has to refund in full once they get the item back.

However,if the item returned is not in the same condition as sent,  a seller can report a buyer for abusing the money back guarantee,if there is no evidence to show it was damaged in the post,See here,Report an issue with a buyer | eBay

Return back damage

When you sell seconhand items, it is a good idea to take a lot of clear and detailed pictures and to highlight or point out even small defects.

In your title you stated, 'very good condition' and then you used AI to create the description which was vague and uninformative.

If the buyer was disappointed with the bag and felt it was not in very good condition, then they had the right to return it.

Sadly, buyers don't always pack things with the care a seller would like.
