I have returned an item to seller as item faulty and under 1 year guarantee.
The seller is great and happy to refund but cannot refund through EBAY as past returns date for ebay refunds. The seller wants to send refund to my Paypal account but EBAY won't allow me to message through EBAY as it is assuming an unofficial sale. How can I tell Seller my details for my refund?
