Raising an invoice for items not currently sold?

I have a few items listed and I have agreed to a set price for three of the items to a buyer. The items are still on auction and not sold. How do I send an invoice for the three items to the buyer please?

Not possible to invoice before items have actually sold!

He has to buy first then you send a combined invoice.

Edit the prices to agreed price, or end all items and relist all together, with suitable postage.
