Seller not honouring 12 month warranty

I purchased a Samsung S22 Plus back in November, last year, and unfortunately the screen began to develop stuck pixels at the top of the screen, 2 weeks ago.

As the phone was described as having a 12month warranty I contacted the seller to ask what the procedure was to get the phone repaired under the warranty. However, they have completely ignored all messages I have sent since, and it appears there is no form of recourse I can take through either ebay or PayPal, so I am having to resort to a Small Claims Court action.

So I strongly advise anybody thinking of purchasing through this company to think long and hard before doing so.

Ebay don't get involved with warranties beyond theor own 30 day MBG.

Why did paypal say they couldn't help?

As you found, very difficult to emforce warranties on ebay buys.
