I purchased a Samsung S22 Plus back in November, last year, and unfortunately the screen began to develop stuck pixels at the top of the screen, 2 weeks ago.
As the phone was described as having a 12month warranty I contacted the seller to ask what the procedure was to get the phone repaired under the warranty. However, they have completely ignored all messages I have sent since, and it appears there is no form of recourse I can take through either ebay or PayPal, so I am having to resort to a Small Claims Court action.
So I strongly advise anybody thinking of purchasing through this company to think long and hard before doing so.
