I have an item that has broken under the waranty that was issued by the seller but the seller is not replying to my messages. Can Ebay help? If so how?

Ebay does not get involved in warranties. Most warranties given by sellers on ebay are worthless. 

Try Citizen's advice, they may be able to help.
