Ebay not informing me by email when an item is sold, how can I let ebay no of problem ?

This is an issue affecting other sellers,  you are not alone.

Contact eBay Customer Services and ask them to add your account for the technnical teams to add to their ' bug report'  hopefully , this may sort it for you.

Lines are still open today for an hour,  but I would recommend waiting until tomorrow morning when the lines first open at 8.am.  contact them then, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

On the left sidebar you can see Have us Call you or Chat with Our Automated Assistant.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 .m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Why do you need notifications, when all you need to do is look at your Managed Payments Summary page, where you can see up to date details of all your listings and sales.

If you had a notification, you would still need to look for the full details, so save yourself some time.
