Why do you want to cancel it?.
Dont cancel on a promise of a seller sorting out a problem
If you do then youand they dont keep their promises then you would not be able to open another dispute.
If you really do want to if the problem is sorted completely then go to the item in your Purchase History of Ebay help at the top of the page and the option will be there.
