I bought a battery operated pressure washer and it did not work, I was asked to provide a video, i did that, then they said they would send new batteries ,they did not arrive, i was asked to wait, i did, then the return date has expired. what can i do

First, please check that the time limit for eBay's money back guarantee has actually expired: it is 30 days from the date the item was delivered. If you're still within this time limit, open a case, see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

If it is now beyond that date you may still be able to claim a refund through your payment provider, e.g. paypal or your credit or debit card issuer.
