Cancelled item due to buyer not paying has disappeared from Selling

I had to cancel an item I sold today due to the buyer not paying.

I want to offer it to the next Auction bidder or relist it but it has completely disappeared from my selling dashboard.

I am using the app so I have tried using my phone browser on desktop mode and my Windows laptop to see if it shows up anywhere but no luck.

I received an email informing that the Cancellation went through so why has the item completely vanished.

This is my first time having to cancel a sold item and I thought I would have options afterwards to see if I could offer it to the next bidder or relist it.

Do I have to create a completely new listing ?

Is the item not showing in your sold section,or has it been automatically relisted.

If you can't find it best contact ebay here,as it should be available to offer to the next bidder

Weekdays: 8 am-10pm
Weekends: 9 am-6pm.

Impossible to do an unpaid cancellation as the item only sold today

OP's items all ended on 5th May. An unpaid cancellation can be issued after 4 days.
