Pete it is 3 points for correctly guessing the exact score at either the end of 90 mins or if game goes to extra-time at the end of 120mins. 1 point is awarded if you predict the correct winner but dont get the exact score-line. For example tonight's game between Colombia and Uruguay finished 2-0. If you predicted 1-0 to Colombia you would get 1 point.
