In general Ebay is the one place you can determine its value as its all based on if someone wants what your selling or have. My rule is after every world cup or euro each past sets increases in value by at least 20% if noy more! however mass production from 2008 onwards may cause this rule to come unstuck!

First off, im new here to the whole eBay Groups and this board.. but what ive read so far it could be interesting...
i've been an avid colector of the World Cup Albums (only) since 1990 and have multiple complete albums and loose sets from 1974 to present date. I obviously know what ive paid for mine and enjoyed the time spent with my kids completing albums and my own time preserving them.. my real question is this:
how would you value all sets in todays markets away from eBay prices? obviously a loose mint set is worth more than a completed album and a completed album without writing in is worth more than one with writing, but, what about a complete album SEALED from production lines with the stickers and backs intact but unviewed? i ask as i have a USA 1994 and Korea Japan 2002 like this, unopened from the factory.. now im eager to look at the beauty of my album and its contents but would hate to devalue it
whats everyones thoughts?
