Yes,  this is an issue others have come across,  but unfortunately we've had no answer as to how to overcome this,  aside from if it's a temporary issue try again later,  or if using the app as it seems to need constant updates,  if this is not done,  switch if you can to a laptop / PC and try Chrome that combo seems to work best.
