Thank you for your reply.  I appreciate that you can not do anything, but forwarding it does nothing.

If I was sceptical I could think that Ebay are doing this on purpose so that I will loose my top rated seller status - for which I have worked very hard for over many years.

 

When I call customer services in the past, they have always agreed that there is an issue with my account and yet still nothing happens.  I would appreciate if you could report this for me to the relevant department and hopefully they will look into my account further.
