Hi,

I have had lots of items removed for violating the bladed items policy recently.  Fair enough (if they do violate it) however I have a number of issues:

1)  Many items do not violate the policy and appeals are automatically rejected.  When raised with CS, I am sent a cut and paste reply pointing me to the policy (that the item does not violate).

2)  If I try to change the postage policy to my age-verified one, the system simply does not allow me to.  It keeps throwing up an error saying an age-verified policy must be used (which it is).  I have deactivated everything on the policy eg collection in person etc but still have the same error.

I have raised this with CS but keep getting fobbed off with replies pointing me to the policy rather than admitting there is a technical error.  Please could somebody take this issue on board (look at my messages with CS) and own this error and please sort it out.

Hi lamppostelectrical, thanks for your question.

We're sorry to hear that your experience with removals hasn't been great so far, but unfortunately, we are not able to appeal or action removals at all over this channel, we can only suggest contact our customer service, so they can review that for you. However, I can pass on your feedback, so this can be taken into consideration, but please note that this doesn't necessarily means that a follow up or further actions would be taken around this.

Thank you,

Marco

I am currently away on my sabbatical, and will return in July. Please expect a delay in my reply
