Order number 14-14422-44443. The buyer purchases on Saturday evening at 10:48pm and gets given an EDD of Tuesday-Wednesday. This is already showing up as running behind. The buyer chooses the postage of 2nd class letter and I see has left some negative feedback for sellers for late delivery in the past. I paid extra for a 2nd class large letter so I could get an acceptance scan at a Royal Mail locker and hopefully a delivery scan to try and protect my metrics but given the state of Royal Mail delivery times for 2nd class it was always likely to be considered ‘late’.
This isn’t the main reason I closed my shop again but it is frustrating that sales here are always EDD pressured straight away.

Shops wouldn't particularly affect EDDs, but I do understand where you are coming from. If you wish, I can send on your negative feedback for review, but just to set up the right expectation, I can't confirm that the feedback will be removed unless qualifies for removal.
