The Sneakers Authenticity Guarantee programme protects SELLERS as well as buyers, as buyers cannot claim to have received a wrong or `not as described` item.
But now you are moving that from £100 minimum value to £200 minimum so sellers will not be protected under £200.
You have added the option for BUYERS to add the authenticity check for £10, why not for sellers?
I could choose to pay £10 for my sold items to be checked.
I wont be selling any more under £200 without protection.
Please either keep the value for checking at £100 OR give the SELLER the option to add the check for £10.
Hi solidclearance, thanks for your post.
I see what you are coming from, and I can see what you mean. However, this is purely based on business needs, but we will pass on your thoughts around these changes, so this can be taken into consideration.
Regarding seller protection, we still have our Money Back Guarantee, which you can see here. So, it wouldn't be a case of no protection at all for the seller.
Thank you,
Marco
