It seems whatever category I’m browsing in there is a lot of listings with either a watermark, website address, measurement or branding across the images.

Hi @bojangled ,

While it may not be picked up at the listing stage there hasn't been any change in allowing this in images. It doesn't benefit sellers to do this as it can affect visibility on google searches. You can report through the regular channel on site.
