I have already contacted support, and the security hold on my account was removed.
However, despite this, I contacted them again, and the agent confirmed that there are no holds on my account.
The problem continues, and it seems that the agents do not fully understand the issue.
Can you please check if there are any restrictions or limitations currently applied to my account?
I need a clear confirmation, because this problem has been ongoing for over 15 days.
