I have been facing a serious technical issue with my account for over 15 days.
I have contacted eBay support more than 10 times , but the agents do not understand the real issue. Initially, they tell me there is no problem with my account, and then they say they will escalate it to the technical team.I was asked to wait 24–48 hours each time, but even after more than 10 days, nothing has been resolved.

Clearing cookies, cache, and browsing history
Yet the issue still persists.

Add a bank account

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, please share any solutions or advice, because I am completely stuck and need to finally get this resolved.
This is extremely frustrating, and my funds have been inaccessible for over 15 days.
